Shelburn Realty is led by Kevin Shelburn, a 20-year industry veteran with expertise in real estate sales, valuations, capital raises, wealth management and intricate structuring of complex transactions.
Throughout his career, Kevin has represented a wide range of clientele, including developers, family offices and notable professors at prestigious universities such as Berkeley, Stanford and Columbia. His distinguished clientele also extends to professionals within esteemed institutions such as The World Bank, United Nations, House of Representatives, FTC and National Bureau of Economic Research. In total, he has participated in and overseen $5B of real estate transactions.
Kevin is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and a licensed real estate broker. He is a member of the LMU Real Estate Advisory Council, a guest speaker for UCLA Anderson’s MBA program, and a contributing author to the Mar Vista Neighborhood Association.
